What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-facing role where I can support operations, customer relationships, coordination, reporting, and community engagement while contributing to team goals and developing my leadership skills.

I've supported daily sales and administrative operations at a Community Pharmacy, balancing customer service, documentation, inventory monitoring, follow-ups, and routine reporting.

I build professional relationships with customers and colleagues, respond to enquiries, resolve issues, and work toward sales and service objectives while maintaining quality.

As a Corps Liaison Officer with the National Youth Service Corps, I coordinated communication between corps members, community stakeholders, and relevant authorities. I also supported outreach, sensitisation, youth engagement, and community mobilisation activities.

With a B.Sc. in Biology and training in disaster risk management, early warning, risk management, and AI for social impact, I bring practical coordination, communication, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills to people-facing operations.
