I’m looking for a SaaS role where I can own renewals and expansion, prevent churn, and grow ARR through value-based discovery with executive stakeholders—supported by strong enablement, clear KPIs, and cross-functional partnership.

I’m a SaaS Account Manager and sales professional with 5+ years of experience driving renewals, customer retention, and expansion revenue across enterprise accounts. I focus on mitigating churn risk, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and strengthening executive-level relationships to protect and grow recurring revenue.
