Led a ServiceNow Development project for a Japanese client, specifically an Integration & CMDB project with a team of 10 developers. Managed resource allocation, project planning, scheduling, and high-level/low-level plans, while also consulting and solutioning for the entire development work.

Performed configurations and customizations of ServiceNow applications such as Service Catalog, Incident, and Change, and developed ServiceNow plugins and customizations. Implemented various ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Catalogs, and worked on integrations with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Teams for SSO and

Customized and configured applications, performed scripting, exception processing, validation, and usability enhancements, and designed and implemented new functionality using Business Rules, UI Policies, and Access Lists. Developed workflows and flows for ServiceNow solutions, and provided innovative solutions to business requirements while documenting all implementations and best practices.

Led a pilot project in ServiceNow Administration and Development, and managed a project focused on network support, administration, and operations. Provided configuration update support and functionality checking within the ServiceNow development cycle, and served as a Subject Matter Expert on Incident Management, Change Management Process, and Knowledge articles.

Completed a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Information System Management through a correspondence program. This program enhanced my understanding of managing information systems within a business context.

Obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on Electronics & Communications. The curriculum provided a strong foundation in electronic principles and communication systems.
