I am a seasoned IT professional with over 11 years of experience, specializing in ServiceNow Administration and Development. My journey has taken me through various roles, where I have honed my skills in ITSM, CSM, Discovery, HRSD, CSDM, Custom Apps, CMDB, and Integrations.
