I’m a ServiceNow Certified Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Event Management, CMDB, and Discovery. I hold ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-Discovery, and I focus on building reliable platform capabilities that teams can operate confidently.

In my recent work, I’ve designed and enhanced automations using Flow Designer (subflows, decision logic, and PowerShell actions), created advanced Business Rules and Script Includes, and implemented integrations with REST/SOAP APIs. I also build event-to-incident lifecycles using correlation rules and AIOps capabilities like Predictive Intelligence, intelligent event correlation, and Health Log Analytics (HLA), helping reduce alert noise and improve resolution efficiency. I’m comfortable with operational workflows such as xMatters notification and escalation management, dashboards, reports, and scheduled processing.

I’m especially strong in ITOM modernization and CMDB accuracy work—leading migrations from legacy Discovery to Databricks-driven EDL integrations, applying Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules, defining unique CI key fields, and using Transform Maps and Import Sets to ensure clean, dependable CMDB data. I enjoy end-to-end delivery, from requirement gathering and POC to testing, deployment, and BAU support, and I’m motivated by problem-solving, SDLC-driven execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
