I’m a ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of IT experience focused on ITSM development, implementation, and enterprise service management solutions. I’ve worked across Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog to deliver practical improvements for operational teams.

I build and customize ServiceNow using server-side and client-side scripting with JavaScript, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax. I configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, and Flow Designer to automate workflows such as approvals, task creation, and notifications.

I also handle the full development lifecycle—from requirement analysis through testing and deployment—managing Update Sets across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production. Alongside feature delivery, I perform data migration with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Fix Scripts, and provide L2 production support with root cause analysis for critical incidents.
