What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where i can apply my experience in customer support, operations , documentation and data processing while continuing to develop professionally. I value a supportive work environment, clear processes, opportunities to learn, and meaningful work where accuracy, organization and problem-solving are valued.

I am a customer-focused professional with over 7 years of experience across banking, financial operations, customer service, loan processing and administration support.

My experience includes application processing, documentation and records management, customer support, handling enquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams ,and working with confidential information. i have also served in a team leadership capacity, supporting sales staff and preparing weekly performance reports and presentations.

I hold a BSc in economics and a professional diploma in data processing and information technology . I am organized, detailed oriented and comfortable learning new tools and processes.

I am interested in remote opportunities across operations, back-office support, data entry, administrative support, customer support, order processing and research

I’m also developing my skills in UI/UX design and video editing, with a growing interest in digital products and user experience.
