At Vivanti Europe, I lead a team of designers and project managers; together, we delivered 500 video and e-learning projects. I also served as creative lead on client video production and built a Google Cloud TTS app for multilingual voice-overs.
For Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, I script, edit and publish training, leadership and program launch videos for the L&D platform. I led a five-part animated education series for J&J MedTech Supply Chain from script to delivery, and created a gamified badge program with 1,500 badges awarded that is now funded for a J&J-wide rollout.
I also modernised e-learning and onboarding content, ran process bootcamps, and built a Python app with AI coding tools to automate eligibility for thousands of users. Earlier, I led platform onboardings at Talentspace and taught classes of 25+ students at A1 Tutoring & Edu Yangtze.
