What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine business development and structured digital processes with executive/team coaching—accelerating growth, improving price discovery, and reducing time-to-close through clear, measurable execution.

I lead business growth and communication transformation with a clear bias for measurable outcomes. Most recently, I’ve focused on unlocking liquidity for illiquid assets through transparent, structured digital bidding—helping brokers, investors, and insolvency administrators sell faster while improving final prices.

In parallel, I build leadership and team effectiveness through my Executive Communication Coaching and workshops. I tailor coaching for senior executives, strengthen team dynamics, and teach business English to support confident communication across international, corporate environments.

Earlier in my career, I held roles across customer success, partner delivery, and client-facing transformation. I oversaw implementations, drove customer satisfaction and growth, onboarded partners to SaaS platforms, managed escalations and KPIs, and developed business opportunities by aligning stakeholders across regions.

I bring an entrepreneur’s mindset from founding and scaling initiatives, along with a service-oriented approach to collaboration. Whether in distressed real estate, SaaS delivery, or executive development, I consistently aim to replace opacity with clarity, improve momentum, and create repeatable value for the people I work with.
