I’m looking for a role where I can connect enablement to revenue outcomes—using modern RevOps tooling and GenAI—to build onboarding, playbooks, and CRM workflows that measurably improve pipeline quality and ramp.

I’m a Revenue Enablement professional with 8+ years across Sales Enablement, GTM, Instructional Design and L&D in high-growth SaaS and PLG companies. I connect enablement to revenue outcomes by diagnosing funnel and data-integrity gaps, then building onboarding, playbook, and CRM-workflow systems that close them.

In my most recent GTM Enablement and Operations work in Berlin, I improved CRM data quality and reporting accuracy across 8 markets by introducing required-field HubSpot workflows—lifting meeting-outcome compliance from 8% to 72% in one quarter. I’ve also cut unqualified leads from 59% to 30%, reduced ramp-to-productivity from 21 to 15 days, and analyzed a €28.3M / 103K MQL campaign to surface funnel leaks.

I bring hands-on depth in modern enablement and RevOps tooling (Highspot, HubSpot, Gong, Tableau) and AI-accelerated content production with Claude and Gemini. At Criteo and Cisco, I scaled training programs, built centralized GTM content engines, and delivered role-specific learning paths using frameworks like MEDDICC and Challenger Sales—improving sales messaging consistency and performance.
