At Dynamic CCTV, I lead nationwide growth for the Ajax Systems portfolio and more than 40 strategic accounts, with responsibility for over £5m in annual revenue. I’ve increased revenue across managed accounts by 58.5%, built three new seven-figure technology opportunities, and grown Ajax Systems’ annualised sales run rate to nearly four times its previous full-year level.
I manage the full commercial cycle, from targeting and discovery through pricing, negotiation, delivery, retention, upselling and cross-selling. My work brings together hardware, software, monitoring and services, using CRM, margin, stock, customer and competitor data to shape forecasts, account plans and growth decisions.
Previously, I built outsourced sales and customer operations from the ground up, recruiting more than 70 people and leading teams of up to 30 across sales, support, operations and administration. I’ve developed B2B markets and client relationships across technology, education, tourism and corporate travel, combining commercial direction with close attention to customers and performance data.
