I’m looking for a remote, international-facing account role where I can grow revenue through consultative, data-led account management—building C-suite relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and improving renewals, retention, and long-term expansion.

I have over 10 years of experience growing and managing customer relationships in SaaS and technology environments, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Throughout my career, I've managed the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting and product demonstrations through to onboarding, renewals, and account growth. I've consistently exceeded targets, including growing international accounts by 20% month-on-month, expanding a single customer from one entity to sixteen, converting SME accounts into £100k+ opportunities, and turning a £50k inbound lead into a £2.2 million deal.

Just as importantly, I genuinely enjoy building strong relationships with my customers. I take a consultative, data-driven approach, work well with senior stakeholders, and focus on helping clients achieve their goals while driving long-term revenue growth and retention.
