Relationship Manager who strengthens client portfolios through tailored banking solutions and strategic, high-impact communications.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Relationship Manager with experience in banking and non-profit communications. At Keystone Bank, I manage and grow assigned client portfolios through effective relationship management, cross-selling, and ongoing engagement to support customer satisfaction, retention, and compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
As a Corporate Communications Intern (NYSC) with Society for Family Health (SFH), I supported public health communication strategies—writing and editing articles, curating weekly news briefs and quarterly newsletters, and creating content for social media and digital communication channels. I also handled the organisation’s official WhatsApp communication line, supported event coordination, and contributed to campaign deliverables including basic graphic design, photography, and video production support.
Through my NYSC volunteer role with HIV/AIDS Community Development Service (CDS), I participated in community awareness on HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, assisted with free testing exercises, and helped develop and distribute educational materials to reduce stigma. With a 2.2 bachelor’s degree in English and Literature, I bring strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and a service-first mindset to every client and campaign.
