What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead hospitality operations where I can strengthen food and beverage performance, develop teams, improve guest experience, and build sustainable business results.

I'm currently leading food and beverage at Club Mahindra Madikeri, managing six outlets and an 80-person culinary and service team. As an ExCom member, I lead operations meetings and oversee hotel operations in the General Manager's absence.

Across Svatma, Four Points by Sheraton Kochi, The Lalit, Radisson Blu, The Zuri, Marriott, and Courtyard by Marriott, I've led hotel operations, openings, events, banquets, and multi-outlet F&B teams. I bring 22 years of hospitality experience spanning P&L management, customer satisfaction, people development, sales, marketing, and operational improvement.
