I’m a Hospitality Operations Executive with 12+ years of leadership experience across hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, nightlife venues, banquets, weddings, and large-scale hospitality operations. I’ve built and run teams that translate strong service into measurable profitability.

I’ve managed hospitality assets generating over USD 1 million in combined monthly revenues, including directing operations across 70 hotel rooms, 8 banquet venues, and 4 restaurants. I’ve operated a 12,000 sq. ft. restaurant with 250 seats generating USD 125,000+ monthly revenue, and led a 250-member workforce at a 30,000 sq. ft. commissary kitchen producing 120+ SKUs.

Operational discipline is a core part of how I lead—reducing COGS by 4% and increasing EBITDA by 5%. I also executed 300+ luxury weddings and events generating USD 350,000+ cumulative net profit, pairing planning, vendor management, and guest experience into repeatable outcomes.
