I seek a customer-focused role that leverages my sales, project management, and digital marketing skills, with opportunities for growth and cross-functional collaboration.

I am a results-driven customer support and sales professional with experience in campaign-based outbound and inbound roles, project coordination, and upselling across international markets. I combine strong communication skills with a practical understanding of digital channels to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

I have worked with multiple firms managing US, UK and APAC campaigns, handling calls, chats and emails, and resolving complex customer and vendor issues in real time. I have experience bridging clients and production teams to ensure timely delivery and improved service offerings.

I also founded and operated a local dairy brand, RealMilk, where I led marketing, customer follow-up, and direct-to-consumer distribution—gaining hands-on experience in branding, sampling, and service differentiation. Additionally, I completed Digiskills training in freelancing, SEO, e-commerce management, WordPress and digital marketing.
