I'm a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) with extensive experience in HR leadership, global people operations, talent acquisition and business management. My career has taken me from entrepreneurship and programme management to independently leading HR at OneStream Live, a Finland-based technology company with an internationally distributed workforce.

One of my most valuable professional experiences has been taking ownership of an entire HR function rather than managing just one aspect of it. I've worked directly with leadership, managed employees across Pakistan, Germany, the UK and the US, and developed HR policies and processes to support a growing remote organization. My responsibilities span international recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement and HR operations.

Having recruited across technical and nontechnical functions, I understand the challenges of attracting talent, building effective teams and balancing employee needs with business priorities. My earlier experience running my own business and managing NGO programmes has also shaped my commercial awareness, adaptability and approach to leadership.

I'm particularly interested in strategic HR business partnering, people operations, organizational development and the use of AI and automation to make HR more effective. I enjoy building things from the ground up, solving complex people challenges and creating processes that genuinely improve how organizations operate.

I'm now looking for a senior HR leadership opportunity with an international company where I can take ownership, contribute to strategic decisions and make a measurable impact. Based in Pakistan, I'm open to fully remote opportunities, international teams and long-term contractual arrangements.
