What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can align people strategy with business goals—owning end-to-end talent and people operations, improving employee experience, and leveraging HR systems/automation to scale sustainably in a remote-first culture.

I’m a strategic HR and Talent professional with 5+ years of progressive experience leading Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Employee Experience, and HR Strategy across fast-growing remote organizations. I partner with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives—driving recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, payroll administration, and organizational development while building scalable HR processes.

In my current role as HR & Talent Lead, I lead end-to-end HR and talent functions, strengthen culture and engagement, and implement scalable HR operations to support growth. Previously, as a People Operations and HR Team Lead, I managed payroll and performance appraisal cycles, handled employee relations and conflict resolution, led sensitive offboarding with confidentiality, and introduced HR automation/process improvements that increased operational efficiency.
