What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead regional HR operations, use data and KPIs to drive decisions, automate HR processes, and improve employee services and onboarding—working closely with executives and cross-functional teams.

I’m an HR Business Administration professional with more than 9 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in employee services, organizational culture and engagement, and data analysis and reporting for decision-making. I’ve led regional HR operations with a strong focus on process improvement and continuous optimization.

In my current role as Human Resources Manager at IntouchCX, I lead the LATAM HR Support team and local Employee Services team. I coordinate key HR processes (onboarding, employee records administration, IGSS, IRTRA, leaves, and vacation tracking), present KPI and improvement reporting to executive leadership, and improved onboarding satisfaction from 3.0 to 4.5.

As a Senior HR Business Partner and previously an HR Business Partner for LATAM at IntouchCX, I managed HR and Recruitment teams, developed analytical reports for strategic decisions, and led HR systems automation and improvements (including Jira Service Management and Dayforce). I also strengthened regional visibility by designing dashboards to monitor employee status and ensured compliance by updating policies aligned with country-specific labor regulations.
