What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Support Specialist with 4+ years of experience managing high volumes of inbound customer interactions, resolving tickets efficiently, and maintaining near-zero error rates in data entry. I respond to client emails and booking requests same-day, keeping an average response time under 3 hours while maintaining a 4+ star CSAT rating in a fast-paced environment.
I’m fluent in Romanian and English (C2), with German (B2), and I combine multilingual communication with strong attention to detail to keep client relationships strong.
