What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-first role in customer support, junior development, or AI-adjacent work — ideally somewhere valuing clear communication and structured problem-solving. I want to keep growing technically (Python/AI coursework) while using my 4+ years of customer-facing experience. Open to both Romania-based and international remote roles.

Customer Support Specialist with 4+ years of experience managing high-volume, multichannel client interactions, currently expanding into software development. At Necci Complex SRL, I handled 80-120 daily client interactions across email, live chat, and phone, consistently maintaining a 4+ star CSAT rating while coordinating a team of 10-15. I contributed to a chatbot implementation project, mapping inquiry patterns and drafting response templates that reduced repetitive ticket volume.

I hold a Mathematics & Computer Science degree from the University of Bucharest and am currently deepening my technical skills through a Python and AI coursework program at Link Academy, building OOP projects in Python and Java.
