What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use Zendesk and CRM to resolve issues quickly, manage accounts accurately, and maintain high satisfaction through clear communication, empathy, and measurable performance goals.

I’m a dedicated Customer Service Representative with experience supporting customers through email, live chat, phone, and in-person channels. I’m known for resolving customer concerns, managing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences—even in fast-paced environments.

In my current role, I respond to inquiries professionally and on time, resolve complaints and service requests, and ensure accurate customer information through careful account management. I investigate and troubleshoot problems, escalate complex issues appropriately, and follow up to ensure resolution while meeting performance targets for response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Before this, I supported certification and licensing work as a Desk Officer, maintaining accurate records and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly application reports. I also coordinated printing and issuance of approved certificates, prepared meeting minutes, and communicated application requirements and status updates to applicants.

Earlier, I worked as a Sales Representative where I achieved and exceeded monthly sales and performance targets while recommending products based on customer needs. I also served as a Corps Liaison Officer & Subject Teacher (NYSC), identifying student performance gaps, delivering targeted lessons, coordinating communications and community development activities, and strengthening information flow.
