I am a dedicated, solution-driven customer care professional with experience handling high-volume inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. I pride myself on clear communication, empathy, and professionalism when resolving complaints and providing accurate product or service information.

Since 2020 I have worked as a freelance Customer Service Representative, troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions for follow-up, and managing social media messages to deliver prompt feedback. Earlier roles in administrative and office support strengthened my data-entry, scheduling, and client-facing skills.

I am tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace, and I type quickly and accurately. I am a quick learner who performs well both independently and in team environments, maintaining attention to detail under pressure.

I hold an HND and ND from Lagos State Polytechnic and a certification in Computer Engineering; I seek opportunities where I can apply my customer support strengths to improve customer experience and contribute to a collaborative team.
