What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead wellness and disability programs, apply I/O psychology to improve culture, and partner with leaders on evidence-based, inclusive people strategies.

I am an I/O psychology scientist-practitioner and Manager of Wellness & Disability who bridges academic research with applied people strategy to improve employee well-being, psychological safety, and inclusive culture. I lead multidisciplinary teams and complex disability, return-to-work, and wellness programs, delivering data-driven diagnostics, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations that reduce absence and disability costs while improving engagement and resilience.

As founder of CultureIQ Labs and creator of the A.R.T. Framework™, I consult with Canadian small and mid-sized organizations to design values-aligned, psychologically safe workplaces using research-backed interventions. I hold certifications including C.Mgr., SHRM-CP, and Certified Disability Management Professional, and I communicate insights through writing, speaking, and thought leadership to influence leaders and HR partners.
