What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise HR strategy and transformation —especially data-driven people programs in AI, learning, skills, and mobility—where I can partner with executives to transform workforce performance, reduce risk, and build strong, engaged teams.

From spearheading the design, launch, and global scaling of a reskilling program, to implementing new federated target operating and engagement models, I design and execute data-driven HR programs that optimize performance, mitigate risk, and align with business priorities. I am also an industry thought leader on HR skills strategies including identifying career mobility options and DEI research. As a people leader, I build collaborative and engaged teams, influencing leaders from the front-line to C-suite levels to create inclusive environments and achieve organizational excellence.

At Royal Bank of Canada, I led enterprise Diversity and Inclusion strategy, governance, and analytics as a Senior Director. I directed global D&I external disclosures and regulatory submissions, co-led working groups that produced strategic opportunities to evolve inclusion practices, and oversaw RBC’s racial equity audit with external council and shareholder consultations.

I also shaped the enterprise learning and skills agenda as Director, Skills Strategy & Talent Mobility—building operating models, scaling a reskilling program and improving internal mobility. Earlier, I developed RBC’s first people assessment strategy and integrated competency-based management into people analytics and talent practices, and I’ve strengthened HR programs through certification and competency framework work across healthcare and industry associations, plus teaching HR-related courses at Seneca College.
