What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building inclusive learning, leadership, HR, and vocational rehabilitation initiatives where I can teach, coach, develop people, and support meaningful organizational change.

I teach Responsible Business Economics in Yorkville University’s MBA program and supervise master’s theses in Adler University’s Industrial Organizational & Applied Psychology department. I also lead course maintenance, faculty development, and instruction across human resources, organizational behaviour, leadership, and management at University of Canada West.

At Vocational Quest, I provide vocational rehabilitation counselling, assessments, transferable skills analysis, return-to-work support, and HR consulting for people and organizations navigating employment barriers, change, culture, and leadership challenges.

I’ve also led learning and development at Best Buy Canada, managed district HR across eleven big-box and nine mobile stores, and supported job seekers through employment counselling, career direction, and life-skills workshops. My work is grounded in adult learning, practical career development, and inclusive support for clients and learners.
