What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead growth across lifecycle, content, social, events, and measurement, using CRM, experimentation, and AI-native workflows to build measurable acquisition and retention systems.

I've grown ONE Conference registrations 21% year over year to 2,000+ attendees at Mannahouse, while building segmented email and SMS journeys across four locations.

I lead growth and engagement for a multi-site nonprofit, directing 100+ staff, volunteers, and contractors through live events. I also renegotiated a $150K+ vendor contract after a cancellation, avoiding a $120K penalty and preserving a $20K deposit as credit.

At Trade Mkt., I managed $3M in annual paid media and drove $8M in revenue and contract value across 40+ accounts in 20 verticals. I led a 36-person team across media, creative, analytics, and account management, earning national recognition for strategy and marketing technology.

Through SALT Studio, I've supported 70+ clients with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GA4, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, and AI-native content workflows. Earlier, I grew an organic social audience from 4K to 27K and turned it into a measurable acquisition channel.
