I’m a marketing, growth, and business development professional with 20+ years of international experience across marketing, sales, business development, CRM, eCommerce, and digital strategy. I’m used to leading priorities through digital-first workflows, asynchronous communication, and remote collaboration across markets.
In my recent role as Commercial Growth Lead, I led direct sales, CRM, and digital growth initiatives to improve customer acquisition, follow-up, and conversion across digital channels. I implemented Salesforce processes for lead management and booking workflows, and helped drive a 24% increase in direct sales in Jan–Oct 2025 vs Jan–Oct 2024 through better follow-up, automation, reporting, and coordination.
Before that, I led marketing, sales, and business development at ISI Dublin, building and improving websites and commercial materials for remote customer journeys. I’ve also built and ran independent digital and eCommerce businesses, developing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, landing pages, and A/B testing—combining client management with hands-on delivery and ongoing remote support.
