Led enterprise client onboarding, technology implementation, and integration programs supporting Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. Managed enterprise integrations and data migration programs across healthcare platforms including NextGen, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and Epic.

Led a 20-member Software, QA, and Implementation organization supporting enterprise healthcare customers across support, testing, upgrades, and integrations. Owned SLA compliance, escalation management, operational performance, and customer satisfaction for the business line.
