Throughout my career, I have worked in various hospitality and software companies, excelling in customer success and project management. In my most recent role at SuperOffice, a Norwegian CRM software company, I was responsible for top-down communication across the organization, managing and executing a successful 3-day event for 250 employees from different countries. Additionally, I dedicated 30% of my time to work with the head of people, creating and implementing a new traineeship program. At Eduflow, a Danish EdTech start-up (now acquired by Multiverse), I served as the sole customer experience representative, ensuring great customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships with individual user and multinational companies. I also played a key role in sales and marketing, acquiring new users and showcasing the platform to decision-makers at universities across Europe and the US. During hiring processes I acted as recruiter and hiring manager.
