I have over 15 years of experience in people-focused and customer-facing roles, starting from a young age in a family-owned restaurant. Throughout my career, I have worked in various hospitality and software companies, excelling in customer success and project management. My ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and solve complex issues has allowed me to deliver exceptional customer experiences even under high-pressure situations.

In my most recent role at SuperOffice, a Norwegian CRM software company, I was responsible for top-down communication across the organization, managing and executing a successful 3-day event for 250 employees from different countries. Additionally, I dedicated 30% of my time to work with the head of people, creating and implementing a new traineeship program. At Eduflow, a Danish EdTech start-up (now acquired by Multiverse), I served as the sole customer experience representative, ensuring great customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships with individual user and multinational companies. I also played a key role in sales and marketing, acquiring new users and showcasing the platform to decision-makers at universities across Europe and the US. During hiring processes I acted as recruiter and hiring manager.
