I have strong communication skills and a natural ability to understand customer needs, developed through years of experience in client-facing roles. My background in sales supports my ability to guide customers toward the right solutions while maintaining a positive experience.

In addition, I have experience working with WordPress, digital tools, and content creation, including building and managing my own travel-focused blog. I am particularly interested in travel coordination, online customer experience, and supporting digital operations.
