What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer experience role where I can use patience, clear communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to helping customers.

I've worked as a freelance digital artist since 2018, managing client projects remotely from onboarding and concept development through revisions and final delivery. I build repeat client relationships through responsive communication, quality work, and dependable delivery.

I listen closely to client needs, clarify requests, manage expectations, and solve project challenges independently while balancing multiple deadlines. My work has strengthened my written communication, active listening, organization, adaptability, and ability to handle feedback constructively.

My customer-facing experience at Walmart and Domino's, along with fast-paced operations work at Amazon, has taught me to support customers, collaborate with teams, maintain accuracy, and stay calm when demands change. I'm looking to bring that patience and customer focus to a customer experience role.
