As Business Operations Manager, I support the entire organization regarding day to day operations including process improvement, onboarding team members, systems access management, finance reporting, technical support and troubleshooting, human resources liaison. In addition, I also do project management for special projects or cross-department initiatives outside of the product delivery teams.

Working primarily with the Marketing and Creative team, I create, implement and optimize processes as necessary to maximum productivity and efficiency as well as facilitate larger or complex initiatives. I also work with the team leaders to help provide the team with objectives that support the organization's goals.

Working with the Marketing and Creative teams, I help the team execute their projects. I also assist the Director of Marketing in creating and implementing processes as necessary to ensure that the team runs as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Working with businesses owners and marketing teams, providing marketing strategy and project plans to help generate leads and increase brand awareness. Services offered include digital marketing planning, content strategy, customer retention strategy, lead generation, project management, market research, and administration services.

Responsible for all logistics and coordination for students of the Garage Internship Vancouver program, while working with the Senior Program Manager to build apps and grow the next generation of Microsoft developers and designers in Vancouver. Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day administrative support, liaising with other departments for company events, and managing inventory.

Leading a team of 15-20 creatives alongside the Director of Marketing for an organization with a revenue of $40M/year, I drive the pace of a project to ensure we reach our milestones and project goals. I contributed to creating, implementing and maintaining digital marketing content across multiple platforms that included Facebook, YouTube, Google, Instagram, Bing and independent site contracts.

Provided project coordination, administrative support, and digital design assistance. Responsibilities included coordinating marketing and promotional campaigns, managing communication with vendors and freelancers, coordinating interdepartmental projects, and assisting in coordinating and executing events.
