Remote Senior IT/Technical Project Manager role at a mission-driven company (animal welfare, outdoors, or climate), ideally 50–1,000 employees. I do my best work as an individual contributor with minimal oversight — just clear priorities and trust. Must-haves: 4-day work week, unlimited PTO. Targeting $100K–$175K. Actively looking.

Engineering Operations Lead, 15+ yrs in enterprise systems & PM. Remote-based, seeking mission-driven roles in animal welfare, outdoors, or climate.
What I'm looking for
I didn't start out in tech. I spent years in supply chain and operations roles, first at Frito-Lay doing distribution work, then at Bridgestone, where I ended up as a SAP Solution Analyst and Salesforce Administrator. That's really where I found my footing: I liked being the person who could see how a broken process actually worked (or didn't), and who could fix it.
In 2018, I went through Nashville Software School's full stack program and made the jump into tech proper. I landed at Accenture as a Salesforce consultant, including work on a federal government project, then moved to Blackthorn, an event management and payment processing platform built for the Salesforce ecosystem, where I've spent the last five-plus years. I started as a QA Engineer, moved into QA Lead, and now run engineering operations: Jira and Confluence administration, keeping the team's rhythm on track, cross-team coordination, the stuff that keeps a dev org actually functioning day to day.
So I've got a pretty unusual mix: deep operational and QA experience, hands-on Jira/Confluence administration, Salesforce ecosystem fluency, and a track record of being the glue between engineering and everyone else.
Outside of work I'm usually in the yard building out a pollinator garden, or wrangling my four cats (yes, four). I'm looking for my next role at a company whose mission I can actually get behind. Animal welfare, the outdoors, or climate work would be a dream fit.
