I'm looking to lead AI and automation initiatives that turn operational inefficiencies into measurable business impact, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

At Avii, I manage AI voice-agent and automation implementations for freelancers through 400+ employee companies, owning delivery and client satisfaction. I've automated more than 1,000 hours of manual work in six months and helped a flagship client resolve 66% of calls autonomously.
