What I'm looking for

I’m looking for European opportunities where I can combine hyperautomation and solution consulting to map business needs to RPA-ready implementations, collaborate across business and IT, and build enablement that scales consulting impact.

I’m an industrial engineer with eight years of experience at the intersection of technology and business. I analyze business processes, derive technology-driven solutions, and enable teams to implement them—especially where there is no ready-made answer yet.

In presales for hyperautomation, I built deep expertise in UiPath and Blue Prism within a newly established division, becoming the go-to technical advisor for intelligent process automation. I delivered ~80 product demonstrations and 15 scoping workshops, presented complex cloud/automation concepts to business and IT stakeholders, and helped shape a strategic GTM mapping that was approved and implemented by the T-Systems CEO.

I also lead with structure and clarity: I introduced agile methodologies (Scrum) and improved communication and governance while serving as Chief of Staff & Solution Consultant. Earlier, I managed a €2M machine-vision portfolio and translated technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions—delivering measurable ROI such as increasing utilization from 72% to over 80% at Bosch—and I built practical enablement, from demo labs to internal rollout programs.
