What I'm looking for

I’m looking for IT Operations/ITSM work where I can lead governed delivery and operational governance—plus PMO and project/delivery management ownership—building scalable models, partnering with stakeholders, and driving process maturity for reliable “Build-to-Run” outcomes.

I lead operations for conversational AI projects, owning end-to-end delivery for AI automation initiatives and managing multidisciplinary teams of 15 across delivery, integrations, QA and support. I bridge technical execution and business outcomes by driving requirements engineering, facilitating elicitation workshops, and translating complex architectures into executive-ready documentation, roadmaps, and delivery plans.

I apply ITSM and Agile governance to build sustainable “Build-to-Run” operations, including incident/problem management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SLA definition, maintenance models, and service stabilization. Previously, as a Service Delivery Manager, I managed strategic accounts under ITIL and Agile with CI/CD methodologies in C++, supervised 40+ professionals, ensured compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and IATF 16949, and handled P&L and budget/resource optimization—always focused on process maturity, stakeholder alignment, and scalable delivery models.
