I’m looking for a long-term opportunity with a forward-thinking, dynamic, and goal-driven company where I can keep developing professionally while delivering high-quality, consistent service and impactful results.

I’m a highly consistent, outgoing and detail-orientated professional with a strong 6-year background in management, customer service and senior administrative support. I’m known for problem-solving, managing large workloads in fast-paced environments, and handling sensitive data with accuracy and professionalism.

In operations and customer-facing roles, I’ve delivered impactful results through automation and clear reporting—automating internal processes to save teams 7+ hours per week, building bespoke KPI dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and improving operational reporting by replacing third-party software.
