I am an accomplished Business Development and Key Account Manager with 18 years of experience across SaaS, HRIS, payroll, telecom and e-invoicing sectors. I focus on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating C-suite relationships, and delivering tailored digital transformation solutions.

At Paper Digital Malaysia I drive enterprise-level sales across Manufacturing, Logistics and F&B, lead ERP and e-invoicing integrations, and partner with Product, Tech and Marketing to align solutions to client operational needs.
