What I'm looking for
I’m a Front Desk Officer with more than 7 years of service at the U.S. Embassy Islamabad, where I provide reception and front-desk support in line with diplomatic protocols and security procedures. I handle visitors and sensitive situations with confidentiality, tact, and professionalism.
Across my career, I’ve built more than 15 years of combined experience in customer services, complaint management, business operations, and public dealing. I focus on communication, customer satisfaction, and practical, repeatable service improvements that help teams deliver consistently.
Before my embassy role, I supported customers in telecom environments—handling complaint management, product knowledge, service requests, and technical queries. I also trained and mentored new employees and underperforming agents to improve efficiency, and I helped drive performance through targeted upselling and customer-focused service delivery.
Alongside my formal roles, I operated a small part-time business selling kids’ wear, strengthening my sales and customer interaction skills while building long-term customer relationships. I’m organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, and I take pride in service quality and conflict resolution through diplomacy.
