I’ve spent 6+ years handling customer-facing technical service, logistics, telecommunications, and independent business operations, with a steady emphasis on clear communication and accurate documentation.

Most recently, I’ve been running independent delivery work with Uber Eats and DoorDash—handling scheduling, navigation, customer communication, and issue resolution while keeping mileage and income/expense records up to date.

Before that, I worked as a Cell Tower Technician for Ascend Wireless and MasTec, installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment while troubleshooting problems, completing documentation, and following OSHA and company safety procedures.

I also diagnosed and repaired mechanical and electrical equipment as a Crane Technician at CraneWorks, plus did data entry and administrative support as a Computer Operations Assistant—supporting reliable records and event operations.
