Mehdi Laaziri

I am a resourceful professional with over 5 years of experience across customer service, leadership, and technical field roles. I combine strong communication with hands-on problem-solving to deliver reliable results in fast-paced environments.

In field positions I install and maintain telecommunications equipment at elevation, perform wiring and troubleshooting, and adhere to strict OSHA safety standards. I also have ground operations experience loading and delivering supplies under rigorous hygiene and safety protocols.

As a supervisor and coach, I led a 12-member team to meet performance targets, managed store operations, inventories, and resolved high-level customer service issues. I bring proven leadership, time management, and coordination skills to operational and customer-facing roles.

I hold an OLCC Service Permit (valid through Dec 2028), a driver’s license, a high school diploma, and I am currently studying for ISTQB certification to expand my technical testing knowledge.
