What I'm looking for

I'm looking for complex new problems where I can lead research, shape product roadmaps, build capable design teams, and create systems that influence what gets built.

I've led product and research work for Current Health, Wiggle/Chain Reaction Cycles, Estée Lauder Companies, and life-science platforms—turning research, analytics, and stakeholder insight into roadmaps, systems, and measurable outcomes.

At Current Health, I built a multi-department platform for autonomous clinical care that enabled a US health system to double capacity.

I'm a maker who works across digital products, physical spaces, and codebases to understand how things are constructed.

I've grown design functions, built tokenised design systems, improved checkout conversion by approximately 12% at Wiggle and 5% across Estée Lauder brands, and use AI workflows to deepen and speed up research and design delivery.
