What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer service role where I can provide reliable multichannel support, track and resolve inquiries, use digital tools independently, and contribute to stronger customer engagement.

At City Ceramics, I support customers across phone, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok while managing digital marketing and administrative operations.

I've built and maintained an Excel-based customer inquiry tracking system, helping create searchable service records and improve visibility into response and resolution performance. I also planned campaigns that increased customer engagement and sales by 20%.

I create promotional graphics in Canva, manage recurring content calendars, monitor engagement, and coordinate branding initiatives and reporting with management.
