I’m a reliable, adaptable professional with a strong background in customer service, digital marketing, and administrative support. I’m skilled at managing tasks efficiently, communicating effectively, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

In my current customer service role at BUWELO GHANA (BPO), I provide real-time support to US-based customers through inbound chat, handle outbound follow-up calls, and maintain fast response times while managing multiple chats. I document every interaction in Salesforce CRM, update customer records, escalate complex issues appropriately, and ensure timely resolution.

Previously at SWIFTLY GLOBAL (logistics company), I planned and executed email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, conducted market research, and analyzed customer data to find trends and opportunities. I also managed social media accounts, wrote persuasive copy for websites and campaigns, and collaborated with marketing and design teams to align messaging with visuals and brand voice.

I’ve also built a foundation in administration through roles like CH-BUSINESS CONSULT and support work at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection, where I managed social media, monitored reports, assisted directors with weekly activities, and helped coordinate events.
