What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote operations role where I can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. I enjoy strengthening systems, improving workflows, coordinating teams and projects, and creating clarity for growing businesses. I’m especially drawn to roles with ownership, autonomy, and close collaboration with leadership.

I’m a strategic operations and business management professional with a background spanning corporate HR, project management, digital operations, and online business management.

I started my career in HR, where I worked in high-volume recruitment and people operations, before moving into project management and eventually into the online business space. Over the past several years, I’ve supported founder-led businesses, coaches, consultants, and education-based companies with the systems, structure, team coordination, and strategic planning needed to grow sustainably.

As an Accredited Online Business Manager and Certified Business Process Specialist, I’m strongest at stepping into complex or fast-moving businesses, identifying operational gaps, and turning them into clear processes, priorities, dashboards, and ownership structures. My work has included launch and programme operations, project management, team leadership, workflow design, SOP development, capacity planning, membership operations, customer journeys, and cross-functional coordination.

I’m particularly interested in roles where I can operate as a strategic partner to leadership rather than simply manage a task list. I enjoy connecting the bigger business objective to what needs to happen operationally, helping teams work more effectively, and creating enough structure for a company to scale without adding unnecessary complexity.

I work well in remote, international teams and have experience collaborating across multiple time zones, functions, and platforms. I’m naturally analytical, solutions-focused, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

I’m most interested in opportunities within operations, business management, programme or project leadership, scaling strategy, and founder or executive support where I can help a growing organisation build stronger systems, teams, and operational capacity.
