I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and HR/recruitment end-to-end—driving high-volume hiring, smoother onboarding, and stronger employee engagement—while using HRMS/CRM tools to improve workflow, reporting, and team performance.

I’m an HR, Recruitment, Operations, and Digital Marketing professional with experience across India and Canada in fast-paced, high-volume environments. I handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, onboarding, training coordination, and administrative operations, while partnering closely for client coordination and stakeholder alignment.
