I’m looking to lead end-to-end recruiting and onboarding operations in a high-growth environment—using ATS/HRIS automation and compliance rigor to improve data accuracy and deliver an exceptional candidate and new-hire experience.

I’m a Talent & HR Operations professional who supports full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations in high-growth healthcare environments. I’m known for improving process efficiency, protecting data accuracy, and delivering a strong candidate experience.

At Brave Health, I direct end-to-end onboarding and recruiting operations for approximately 5–15 new hires per week. I partner with recruiting, credentialing, HR, and IT to move candidates from offer acceptance through start date while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

I maintain candidate pipeline data integrity within ATS systems and act as a primary point of contact for candidates. I support compliance by administering I-9 verification via i9Everywhere, running background checks through Checkr, tracking onboarding metrics, and ensuring audit readiness.

I also optimize ATS/HRIS workflows and integrations—supporting implementation and continuous improvement of BambooHR (HRIS) and Ashby (ATS). I’ve automated offer letter and communication workflows, reduced I-9 non-compliance cases from 5–8 to 0–2, and cut time-sensitive new hire task completion from 3–10 days to 0–3.
