Looking for: HR Ops, Recruiting Ops, New Hire Onboarding, Process Improvement, Workflow Optimization, Systems Ops, Business Systems Support, and ATS/HRIS admin across startup, healthcare, remote, and tech-driven environments. Skilled in compliance management, systems administration, optimizing workflows.

I’m a Talent & People Operations professional with 12+ years of experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and operational excellence across healthcare organizations and high-growth startups. My work sits at the intersection of people, processes, and systems, where I help teams scale efficiently while maintaining a strong employee and candidate experience.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, credentialing specialists, and business leaders to support hiring and employee lifecycle operations from offer acceptance through onboarding, job changes, and offboarding. I enjoy creating structure in fast-paced environments, improving workflows, and building processes that reduce friction for both employees and internal teams.

At Brave Health, I managed onboarding operations for approximately 5–15 hires per week while supporting recruiting operations and HR administration. I played a key role in Ashby ATS configuration, offer workflows, reporting, onboarding communications, and compliance initiatives. I also redesigned portions of the I-9 and E-Verify process, helping reduce compliance exceptions and improve completion timelines for new hires.

My experience includes working with Ashby, Greenhouse, BambooHR, Oracle OTAC, emPerform, Trello, Microsoft Teams, and related people systems. I’ve built onboarding workflows, configured system fields and templates, maintained employee records, developed reporting processes, created SOPs, and supported cross-functional projects that improved operational efficiency.

What energizes me most is solving operational challenges, improving systems, and finding smarter ways to support both employees and the teams who serve them. I’m particularly interested in People Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, onboarding, and process improvement roles where I can continue combining my passion for people with my love of systems, workflows, and continuous improvement.

I’m also actively expanding my skills in HR technology, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to help organizations create more scalable and effective people operations.
