What I'm looking for
I’m a Talent Systems & Operations Partner who designs global, end-to-end workforce and headcount approval processes—aligning Hiring, Department Leadership, Finance, and People Operations to improve governance and decision-making. I standardize intake workflows for net new and backfill roles, build scalable requisition and workforce intake processes for high-volume hiring, and run recurring compliance and operational audits, including SOC 2–aligned reviews to strengthen data integrity and access controls.
I architect and deploy automated workflows across Talent Acquisition and People Operations, using API-based integrations between ATS, HRIS, and CRM systems to enable seamless global workforce data flow. From owning the lifecycle of talent and people systems (implementations, enhancements, and upgrades) to building recruiting and People Operations knowledge bases with SOPs and self-service documentation, I focus on accuracy, reliability, and adoption—whether partnering with HR, IT, Finance, or external vendors, or previously leading ATS stack improvements and training as a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist.
