What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable Talent Acquisition ecosystems where technology, automation, analytics, and clear operating processes improve recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, and global hiring outcomes.

I've built and scaled global Talent Acquisition operations at ServiceMaster, Netrix, OneTrust, Robin, and REEF Technology. My work spans ATS administration, HRIS integrations, recruiting automation, reporting, candidate experience, and global onboarding.

At ServiceMaster, I own ATS configuration, troubleshooting, workflow automation, AI governance, executive reporting, and recruiting technology initiatives. I also implemented an AI-powered candidate chatbot and Intelligent Messaging workflows to improve engagement, reduce manual work, and strengthen the application experience.

At Netrix and OneTrust, I developed operational infrastructure including SOP libraries, knowledge hubs, dashboards, onboarding programs, governance policies, and scalable recruiting workflows. I've partnered closely with HRIS, HR Technology, IT, Legal, Marketing, vendors, recruiters, and business leaders to deploy systems and improve hiring outcomes.
