I’m looking for an HR Operations role where I can own onboarding and recruiting workflows, drive compliance across locations, and use HRIS/analytics to streamline processes and support great employee experiences.

I’m an HR Operations professional with 10+ years supporting employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, recruiting operations, HR compliance, workforce administration, and business operations in fast-paced, multi-state environments. I manage HR workflows, maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment activities, and prepare HR reports to keep data accurate and the employee experience strong.

I’ve led multi-state compliance efforts and operational audits, including I-9 processes and HR audits across 30 states with 100% regulatory adherence. At Child Trends, I managed onboarding for ~10 new hires per month, delivered hiring manager training on structured interview practices, and produced workforce dashboards and recruiting analytics; I also built an internal Career Support Center to streamline HR tools and improve consistency.
