Owned golf management software across its full lifecycle, transitioning a legacy product to maintenance mode while leading the development of its successor as part of the Daylight PMS enterprise platform. Led a cross-functional team of 18, shipping on a monthly cadence and driving customer discovery into a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap.

Launched new products into new international markets end to end, from ideation through go-to-market, treating regulatory requirements as first-class constraints. Owned the full development lifecycle for a cross-functional team of around 20, defining requirements and prioritizing the roadmap by market opportunity and business value.

Established the Scrum framework from scratch, setting up ceremonies and cadence to improve delivery rhythm. Owned the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing by business impact and user value.

Supported the growth of the client base from 6 to around 600 during the company's scale-up, assisting with structured onboarding and go-lives. Worked on B2B and B2C mobile apps for hotels and guests, supporting feature definition, specifications, and use-case documentation, and performed SQL analysis and API testing.

Performed software implementations, deploying and configuring proprietary hospitality systems for client sites. Administered Oracle databases and delivered end-user training, building deep hospitality-domain knowledge.
